For a simpler style, you could go with a wooden tiki sign.  You’ve got a ton of options here as there are countless signs to choose from.  There are plenty of themed signs – everything from tiki gods to hula dancers to chunks of old driftwood.  The pirate is also a popular tiki bar sign.  Arghh!
